Automotive industry
We are a certified manufacturer of various products and structures made of polyester glass laminate produced on the basis of customer documentation. We provide our clients with:
- organization of the design, preparation and implementation of production in accordance with the quality standard ISO 9001:2008
- use of software supporting design processes
- performing strength calculations using the Finite Element Method (FEM)
- making product models using the CNC method
- making production forms in the “one off” system
- making production moulds for serial production with the use of tool gelcoats
- author’s supervision over the implementation of the production of products
- verification of documentation in agreement with the recipient and its serialization
The technological process is carried out mainly by the contact method with the use of open forms, RTM / RTM Light and resin infusion. The gelcoat is applied with a roller or by spraying. Some elements, such as sandwich walls for the construction of horse trailers, are made in closed forms, using the vacuum method.
A strong asset of the company’s offer is experience in the field of manufacturing products with an electrically conductive layer, e.g. required in the case of laminate products used in the high voltage industry.
Special products are those whose outer surface is made with a metallic gel coat, including silver, black, navy blue or Bordeaux red.
